Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Quality Systems Auditor (Experienced or Senior) to join the Quality group located in Smithfield, PA!.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of the Internal Audit program, which includes the performance of risk assessments, audit scheduling, performing Quality Management System (QMS) process and hardware audits, writing audit reports, and issuing findings from audits
Performs report outs to management and senior leadership on the health and performance of the Internal Audit Program
Develops and maintains QMS policies, processes and metrics including Key Process Indicators (KPIs) that ensure compliant and effective processes are continually executed to meet company, customer and regulatory requirements and expectations
Focal for the administration of the Correction Action (CA) process, which includes the tracking and logging of corrective action records, scheduling and coordination of CAs, issuing CAs, supporting individual CAs as the CAR Lead, leading recurring CA status meetings, and reporting out of CA process health and performance.
Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems
Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
Supports the Process Management Focal (PMF) role in the execution of the process management team responsibilities, which includes the processing of QMS document reviews and approvals, recurring review process, and assisting process owners with developing or improving process documentation and/or controls.
Supports all 3rd party audits of the QMS as an auditee
Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 3 years of experience in auditing
More than 1 year of experience working with AS9100 or ISO9001 or similar
More than 3 years of experience Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
More than 1 year of working with Nonconformance processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Lead Quality Audit Certification (ISO9001 or AS9100), CQE, CQT or equivalence
Experience working in aerospace industry
Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary pay range for experienced level (level 3): 88,400 -119,600
Summary pay range for senior level (level 4): 108,800 -,147,200
