The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior HR IT Product Specialist to join the team in Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Everett, WA; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to define, build, and scale products that deliver measurable value to customers and the business. The ideal candidate combines user empathy, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company goals
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and shape product strategy
Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver high-quality product releases on time
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration
Make data-informed decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback
Communicate roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders and executives
Measure product performance and iterate to improve engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue
Champion customer-centric thinking and continuously advocate for improvements to the user experience
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years experience in product management (adjust based on level: see levels below).
Experience launching and scaling HR software products
Experience with product metrics, experimentation, and defining KPIs
Experience working in agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise software
Experience with analytics tools , A/B testing platforms, and roadmap tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Asana)
Experience with User-centered design and research aptitude
Experience working with cross-functional teams and organizations
Experience with problem solving skills and decision-making

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $129,200 – $187,450
