Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist (Regional Operations) (Level 4) to join our Commercial Sales and Marketing team in Renton, Washington.
This regional support position will establish and maintain close working relationships with the Regional Business Directors, Sales Directors, Marketing Analysts, Sales Operations, and Sales Program Managers to lead and support the Commercial Sales and Marketing regional operating rhythm. This role will track key metrics, facilitate meetings, project manage strategic objectives and create analytical reports and presentations. This is an opportunity to leverage strong operational and analytical skills to enhance the business objectives and support the Commercial Sales and Marketing team.
A successful candidate will facilitate and lead Regional Sales meetings and other projects with confidence and professionalism driving out status, assignments and action items. The candidate must be able to work within a high pressure, fast paced environment with quick-turn deadlines and be a quick learner. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Region and Sales Operations including senior executives and managers. The candidate must be self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal direction as well as forward thinking to anticipate operational needs and actions.
The candidate will also demonstrate the analytical ability to correctly collect, analyze, synthesize, and communicate integrate executive reports. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills to summarize technical and complex topics into a concise summary. Attention to detail and quality will be critical as this candidate ensures actions are completed and issues are resolved. This candidate will drive solutions to problems, be highly organized, and optimize processes for efficient operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Director with regional operating rhythm.
- Facilitate Regional Sales and Marketing meetings.
- Establish and track regional imperatives, KPIs & reports.
- Run regional Business Plan Review and offsites logistics.
- Provide Pro-6 coordination and Cyber Grant documentation.
- Manage access controls and account assignments.
- Format and project manage customer account plans using Quip and other collaboration tools.
- Collect and format customer briefing papers and books.
- Develop proficiency using Salesforce & Quip and become a subject matter expert helping others in the region.
- Provide digital transformation requirements and integrate technology into regional operating rhythm.
- Utilize data visualization tools and establish reporting for regional visibility.
- Track regional budget.
- Manage special projects to execute organizational strategy and objectives.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
- 5+ years of program and/or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a Flexible Schedule as needed (variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Demonstrated initiative throughout work history
- Solid performance in sales operations, customer engagement, project/program management, and/or business operations
- Advanced-level skill with sales systems and processes such as: Salesforce, Quip, Tableau Dashboards, CCID Waypoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Works with minimal direction
- Strong written and verbal communication

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $115,600-$156,400
