This management position is responsible for overseeing the activities of the F-18 Instrumentation and F-18 Data Labs.  Responsibilities include developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures and setting operational goals. Acquiring resources for projects and processes, providing technical management of suppliers and leading process improvements. Developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Providing oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Managing, developing and motivating employees.  Candidate should have a knowledge of the various activities performed by instrumentation technicians and data processing personnel. The ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables. In addition, this position requires communication with program leadership using a variety of media, to clearly convey information and ideas.
