The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ.
This team governs global enterprise requirements surrounding the issuance and production of company credentials, including supporting the development, management, and sustainment of proprietary software and hardware used to manage these systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the Enterprise Badging Office
Review, validate and process United States (US) Export Control Compliance verification requests
Process badge requests, fabricate and ship badges to global location
Develop and deliver operational metrics and process documentation, presentations and training materials, using expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Work with peers, customers and business partners, at all levels, to process requests and determine and implement solutions
Function as a liaison between the customers and other company and external organizations
Provide operational guidance and technical support for functionality and operations processes for all badge office locations, enterprise-wide
Collaborate with management, functional and cross-functional teams for development and improvement activities
Resolve problems and implement improvement processes that require integration across functions to enhance operations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments
1+ years of experience communicating, writing and briefing to all levels of staff
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $68,000 – $92,000
