Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Fluids Management) to join the Facilities & Equipment Maintenance team located in Helena, Montana.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Associate and Mid-Level Equipment Maintenance Specialist for Fluids Management.
This position is 1st shift, working Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
The successful candidate will have a background in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment. Position Responsibilities:
Works under general supervision with understanding of the job
Performs maintenance on factory equipment
Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Assists with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment
Responds to requests for equipment repair
Identifies and requests component and replacement part inventories
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems
1+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals
1+ years of experience operating Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Hydraulic Systems
1+ years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience working with suppliers
Ability to take direction, multi-task, perform work safely and communicate in written and verbal form

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Associate (Level B): $52,000 – $55,000
Mid-level (Level C): $56,700 – $60,500
