Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Stability – Supplier Data Delivery team in Everett, WA. The position will be located in Everett, WA, but will require weekly travel to the Seattle, WA site.
The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items, oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Our team is currently hiring a Level 3 (Mid-Level) or Level 4 (Senior) Procurement Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization.
- Leads special project-based assignments and ensures coordination/implementation/execution are successful on behalf of leadership.
- Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities.
- Supports the Supply Chain and their leadership team in day-to-day activities to support the business.
- Integrate with other Director Analysts in the organization to ensure alignment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5+ years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, facilitating and/or executing large-scale meetings and events
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management in the aviation industry
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 5+ years of experience with designing, building and deploying custom data reports with SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or similar report development tools
- 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience conducting data analysis using Excel or other tools to create pivot charts, ana‐lyze raw data, create PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills to various levels of management
- Ability to multi-task, complete actions/tasks with minimal direction and able to support with timely execution
- Comfortable working with suppliers, managing accountability and quality of supplier commitments and on time completion and delivery of engineering product data

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 96,300 - $112,500
Summary pay range (Level 4): $123,000 - $143,175
