The Opportunity

Boeing Australia is seeking an energetic, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to support the P-8A Poseidon program at RAAF Base Edinburgh. What you'll do
- Coordinate program schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, and progress reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between Boeing teams, Defence liaisons, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Support configuration and compliance activities, ensuring quality and safety requirements are upheld.
- Monitor risks and issues, raising concerns and driving timely mitigation actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardisation.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in project or program coordination (aerospace, defence, or complex engineering programs preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable liaising with Defence personnel.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools, reporting techniques, and governance frameworks.
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude and high attention to detail.
